How can I see the result data of a FPScript formula?

I would like to examine the data of the formula like a data set.

August 21, 2003 at 10:45 pm #8876Bernhard KantzParticipantFPScript formulas behave like data sets if you use them in a diagram for example. But when you open the formula, you see the formlua text instead of the result data. There are several ways to examine the data of a formula:
1) You can create a table which then displays the data of the formula. This works fine if the number of values in the result is not too high.
2) You can create a diagram and use the cursors to examine individual values.
3) You can convert the formula into a data set by right-clicking on the formula in the FlexPro Explorer and choosing the Evaluate command. Then you can open this new data set. Note that in this case the formula is lost because it is replaced by its result. If you want to keep the formula, you need to copy it first or you use Undo to convert the data set back into a formula.
