Unable to test 2017 release –> see attachement.
September 27, 2019 at 11:41 am #22215Bernhard KantzParticipantSuch a crash at startup is most likely caused by the OpenGL driver of the graphics card (NVidia?). One can disable the hardware acceleration in the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Weisang\FlexPro\12\OpenGL
by setting the DWord entry
Enabled
to 0. If the entry does not yet exist, please create it anew.
October 8, 2019 at 11:23 am #22242HerveM1234ParticipantYou mean FlexPro is not compatible with NVDIA cards? 81% of the market !!!
October 8, 2019 at 1:00 pm #22243HerveM1234ParticipantEven if I set the entry \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Weisang\FlexPro\12\OpenGL to 0
the problem is still the same, FlexPro crashes without launching !! Maybe not compatible with Windows 10???
October 8, 2019 at 3:53 pm #22245Stefan S.ModeratorIn such a case please send the crash report to support@weisang.com.
All unsent Reports are stored in the following directory:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashRpt\UnsentCrashReportsThe incompatibility is concerning only certain NVIDIA models and driver versions. Even if such a constellation is present on a system, this does not mean that FlexPro is incompatible. All graphics are rendered correctly without OpenGL.
Anyway, we are working on the problem and hope that we can present a solution with the next maintenance release of FlexPro 2019.
