Text Wizard

23.08.2021

The Text Wizard helps you when creating new Text. You can either create a blank text template or choose a previously saved text template.

The text template can contain object links, which the wizard then replaces in the specified order with links to the objects selected in the Object List. If applicable, you should re-sort them before launching the wizard.

Standard

To create a blank text template, select this tab and then click Finish.

In the optional second step you can then specify whether you want to create the text as an independent object or as an object embedded in a document.

From Template

In the first step of the wizard, first select the template database containing a template to be used and then select the preferred template. FlexPro now replaces the links in the template with the links to the objects selected in the Object List and displays the result in the Preview pane.

In the second step of the wizard, specify, or if necessary correct, the object assignments, or clear the missing assignments.

In the third and final step you can then specify whether you want to create the text as an independent object or as an object embedded in a document. You can create a blank document or select a document template for this.
